Sales Associate
The key responsibility of this position is meeting sales goals established by the Company by providing the highest level of customer service to our clients and developing a strong understanding of our product lines. In addition, our Sales Associates are responsible for building and maintaining a personal client book to help create repeat customers.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service, and will be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in retail is a plus.

Sales Supervisor
The key responsibilities of this position are:
• Achieve and exceed individual sales, IPC (items per customer), and ADS (average dollar sales) goals established by the Company. Assist with the achievement of the Company’s sales plan for your boutique or outlet by leading the store team to drive sales through constant training and modeling of our “Winning Sales” and “Winning Clients” programs.
• Build list of clients by collecting names and information in your clientele book. Encourage future purchases through frequent contact by writing thank-you notes, phone calls and providing excellent service. Ensure that the client capture expectations set by the Company are met.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our product’s content, sizing, features, and benefits to help facilitate sales. Assist other associates to communicate these features and benefits as needed.
• Monitor merchandise stock levels in the store, and check availability at other locations to satisfy customers’ needs. Utilize the inter-store transfer system to build sales.
• Open and close the boutique or outlet as needed. Close out cash drawer, perform closing procedures, and/or open store and perform opening procedures.
• Manage return and exchange transactions.
• Make customer service decisions in accordance with Company policy in the absence of a manager.
• Maintain the visual standards of your boutique or outlet and assist with the daily housekeeping/cleaning.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by assisting with the receipt of new stock and replenishment of the selling floor.
• Develop an excellent working knowledge of store’s computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions such as receiving and transferring merchandise or sending merchandise via UPS
• Assist in preventing loss of the company assets by theft or improper paperwork/procedures. Report any occurrences to the Managing Director.
• Assist with all other duties as required by the Managing Director, Sales Manager, and Assistant Manager.
